We learned all about the letter J this past week... So we made apple jelly! It only has 3 ingredients too, and it's allergy friendly too! :) My son loved helping me too!
Here's what you need:
10 apples
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
What to do:
1. First, peel and chop up the apples.
2. Put them in the a large saucepan with 1 cup of water, and bring to a boil.
3. Once boiling, turn down to medium heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Then, mash up the apples with a potato masher.
5. Pour the mixture into a blender, and blend until smooth.
6. Put the mixture back into the saucepan, and cook over medium heat for about 1 hour while occasionally stirring.
7. Cool and enjoy! :)

What to do:
1. Heat the butter in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
2. Then, using a mixer, mix the butter, sugar, and maple syrup together until smooth.
3. Spread onto cupcakes or a cake or anything else you'd like!
