Pumpkin Candy Corn Chocolate Chip Cookies!



I have a ridiculous sweet tooth these days!! Lol! These are amazingly delicious too and peanut and tree nut allergy friendly! :)


Needed:
1 cup rice flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups candy corn
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon milk 
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

What to do :

1.  Preheat oven to 350F degrees.

2. In a small bowl combine the pumpkin, coconut sugar, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, coconut oil, and applesauce. Set aside

3. In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, candy corn, chocolate chips, and salt.

4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together into the large bowl.

5. On a lightly greased cookie sheet, roll into small balls of dough. 

6. Bake for about 18 minutes.

7. Cool and enjoy! :)
