Pumpkin Chocolate Fudge


Pumpkin chocolate fudge! Seriously, this stuff is absolutely amazing, and it is allergy friendly! I could have eaten the entire plate too. Lol


What you need:

1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
2 tablespoons sunflower seed butter
Semisweet chocolate chips


What to do:

1. First, put all of the ingredients (minus chocolate chips) into a medium sized saucepan. 

2. Heat on low and mix well until all the ingredients are blended.

3. Pour into an 8x8 pan, and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.

4. Refrigerate for about an hour, and then cut into bars. 

5. Enjoy! I bet you can't eat just one!! ;)
